Shipping

Please allow approximately 48 hours to verify and process orders, orders placed after 3:00pm (Pacific) will be shipped the following business day.

Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will begin to be processed within approximately 48 hours of the following Monday.

Orders will be shipped via USPS ground. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.


Returns

Please Note that Day One Clothing unfortunately does not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact customer service within 5 business days of the delivery date to receive return labels and call tags at: [email protected].

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all original tags attached.

Day One Clothing is not responsible for damages that may occur to merchandise – including merchandise that is lost in transit – during return shipping and suggest sending returns with proof of delivery.

Day One Clothing is not responsible for damages that may occur during care for merchandise, including but not limited to washing, drying and/or dry cleaning.
